Theo Doucakis is a seasoned professional with a robust background in strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, purchasing, contracting, category management, inventory management and logistics. His strong engineering background coupled with supply chain management knowledge provides for a rare set of skills that have been valuable in technical organizations.

Prior to Streamliners, Theo led procurement organizations in startup, mid size and Fortune 500 organizations with an eye towards increased efficiency and direct and indirect savings. Throughout his career, Theo has worked on supply chain projects across industries including oil and gas services, industrials, home appliances, and retail. He lead efforts to improve procurement processes by reducing procurement complexity, cost of goods, resourcing, inventory deployment, implementing supplier management frameworks, improving supplier quality and advancing staff education.

Theo received his Bachelors and Masters in Materials Science and Engineering from Brown University and a Masters in Supply Chain Management from MIT. He also served his military duty in the Hellenic Navy onboard a frigate.

When away from work, Theo spends time with his family and traveling the world including his home country of Greece.
