Ryan is a management consultant with over a decade of experience at the intersection of engineering and commercial operations, with a focus on turning complex operational problems into measurable results for clients.

Prior to Streamliners, Ryan spent a decade in the consumer sporting goods world leading design engineering, new product development, and commercial strategy for the SKLZ, Harbinger, and Perfect Fitness brands. His work included hands-on design for manufacturability in close collaboration with factories in China. He also worked as an operations consultant at British Airways, applying structured problem-solving to one of the world’s largest airline operations.

Ryan holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an MBA from INSEAD, the international business school based in Fontainebleau, France. He combines a rigorous technical foundation with a global commercial perspective to deliver practical, lasting impact for clients.

Outside of work, Ryan likes to pick up new skills and try new sports – lately his obsession has been tennis. He recently relocated to New York City with his wife, Kendall, and their cat, Theo.
