Judson McGriff excels in optimizing operations, driving strategic growth, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve measurable results. With a strong focus on operational excellence, organizational development, and innovation, he delivers solutions that enhance production performance, strengthen efficiency, and improve overall business outcomes.​

Prior to Streamliners, Mr. McGriff gained extensive experience in the automotive industry, specializing in Lean process optimization to drive results. He has held key leadership roles in various manufacturing and consulting firms, where he successfully implemented cost reduction initiatives and inventory optimization strategies. His career highlights include leading a Greenfield site launch, achieving significant operational efficiencies, and spearheading continuous improvement projects.​

Mr. McGriff holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Leadership with a concentration in Operations Management from Jacksonville State University and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Systems Technology from the same institution.​

Outside of work, Judson enjoys diving as a PADI® Certified Diver, traveling and family time.
