Jeni is a consultant with a strong track record in operations improvement, quality systems, and data-driven decision-making across manufacturing, mining, food, and agricultural processing environments. She pairs hands-on analytics with frontline implementation, building the tools, SOPs, and KPIs that help teams see their operation clearly and act on it.

Jeni has led improvement efforts focused on yield, throughput, labor planning, and quality lab performance. On one engagement she raised customer yield from 23% to 55% and grew weekly shipping volume from 6–8 to 39 metric tons. Most recently, she served as interim Quality Control Lab Manager for a global agribusiness processor, where she built an operations dashboard to model lab staffing and testing demand across thousands of items and test codes, and wrote the training materials that let the site team run it on their own.

Prior to joining Streamliners, Jeni spent four years in operations consulting, supporting improvement projects at client sites across the US. She holds dual degrees from Rice University in Managerial Studies and Vocal Performance, and brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to working side by side with supervisors and operators on improvements that last.

Outside of work, Jeni is an illustrator who loves drawing fan art of her favorite games and shows, and her art has taken her to conventions in Europe and Asia. She is a native Mandarin speaker, a classically trained singer, and a lifelong gamer who served as vice president of her university’s esports club.
