Dusan Gazikalovic is Vice President, Food & Life Science at Streamliners, bringing more than 25 years of global leadership experience in industrial technology, operational transformation, and process improvement. His focus is helping organizations enhance performance, strengthen operational capabilities, and drive sustainable improvement through technology-driven solutions across the food, beverage, biotech, and pharmaceutical industries.

Prior to joining Streamliners, Dusan held leadership positions with global industrial companies including Emerson Automation Solutions, Festo, and Bürkert, where he led transformation initiatives across automation, process optimization, product development, and organizational improvement in North America, Europe, and Asia. He has worked extensively with manufacturers, OEMs, engineering firms, and system integrators, combining technical expertise with a practical understanding of operational challenges to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Dusan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (summa cum laude), and an MBA from Norwich University. He is also a Lean Champion.

Outside of work, Dusan enjoys exploring new cultures, spending time with his family, and flying gyroplanes.”
