He brings a rare combination of rigorous analytical training, hands-on executive leadership, and deep experience working alongside investors and management teams to deliver tangible operational outcomes.

As CEO and Chairman of MICA Biosystems, he led the company from early-stage innovation through organisational build-out, governance design, capital raising, and clinical execution. He has overseen complex, cross-functional teams, built scalable operating structures, and managed high-stakes stakeholder environments spanning investors, regulators, and strategic partners. He was recognised by Forbes as a 30 Under 30 Europe honouree in Healthcare & Science for his leadership and execution impact.
Michal has a background as an Investment Partner at KELES, a €250m European growth-stage fund, where he works closely with portfolio companies at critical inflection points—supporting operational scale-up, performance improvement, M&A, and exit readiness. He has led and advised on restructuring and value-creation initiatives across multiple PE-owned and VC-backed businesses, with a strong focus on execution discipline, management cadence, and governance.
Earlier in his career, Michal worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and KPMG, developing strong foundations in strategy, financial analysis, and performance improvement.
Michal also serves as an Expert Advisor to the European Commission and has advised UK government bodies on complex delivery and policy initiatives. His background includes strategy and analytics roles in top-tier consulting environments, complementing his executive and investment experience.
