Andrew joined Streamliners in 2024 in the position of Manager, with a focus on fast-turnarounds, driving operational excellence, and helping great teams become world-class.
Before joining Streamliners, Andrew worked driving operational improvement with Stroud International across dozens of European operations, and co-founded a decarbonisation consultancy in Spain, as well as performing structural analysis on some of the world’s largest offshore wind farms. Andrew’s speciality is identifying the most important levers in industrial operations and aligning an organisation to push them, whether optimising for cost, output, yield, or carbon emissions.
Outside work, Andrew is an avid guitarist and a mediocre pianist. In his free time, Andrew enjoys researching alternative governance models, traveling and learning languages, cooking vegan food, listening to live jazz and speaking in the third person.
