Marlon thrives in both strategic and hands-on roles, whether optimizing liquidity across global entities, solving urgent product launch issues, or mentoring the next generation of continuous improvement leaders.

With his own consulting firm, Marlon has led high-impact deployments of SaaS productivity tools across 14 pharmaceutical manufacturing sites in five countries and advised analytics firms on how to support digital transformation clients in the manufacturing space.

At Molex, he served as Global Master Black Belt, leading Lean Six Sigma initiatives that generated over $5MM in annual savings, developing IIoT analytics tools for the shop floor, and driving product innovations that resulted in patented technologies adopted across the automotive industry.

He holds a B.S. in Engineering Mechanics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Outside of his more technical pursuits, Marlon is also co-founder of Chateau Depierre, a luxury culinary retreat in France, where he led the acquisition and renovation of a 19th-century chateau with his partner Chef Denise Norton. He splits his time between Chicago and Roanne, France.
