Lionel Barnes brings extensive experience in driving operational excellence and streamlining complex supply chain operations. He is deeply focused on implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and strengthen overall business performance.

Prior to Streamliners, Mr. Barnes worked across the US and India, primarily in aviation, automotive and natural resources.​

Mr. Barnes received his Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and is currently working on his second Masters in Project Management.​

Lionel was a professional badminton player representing his state and university. He enjoys his time off from work watching sports and is an avid TV show buff.​
